Logos Word Designs, Inc. offers you two payment options when ordering The Dark Side of Karate: by check or money order or online through PayPal. You can also order autographed copies if you want. For details, see below.

Option No. 1: CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENT:

To order an autographed copy of The Dark Side of Karate and pay by check or money order, please make out your check for $11.45 per book and add the appropriate shipping costs (below) and sales tax (Washington State residents only) to your total.

Please be sure to include:

1.  Your name

2.  Shipping address with city, state, and zip code

3.  Contact email and/or phone number

4.  Number of books ordered

5.  Whether any or all should be autographed

6.  Anything special you would like said in your autographed copy(ies).

7.  Your check or money order made out to Logos Word Designs, Inc., including appropriate shipping costs and, if applicable, Washington State sales tax.
